I have been actively working on losing weight for a few weeks now, and I am going to start tracking my progress here.
Measurements:
Waist-37″
HIps- 40.5″
Thighs- 34.5″
Bust-38.5″
Left Arm- 11.5″
Right Arm- 12″
Weight as of yesterday 157.4 lbs.
I did not exercise yesterday due to a major headache and my blood pressure being up, but I plan on doing some yoga and aerobics sometime today.
I don’t plan on updating this page everyday, hopefully once a week will be sufficient. Hopefully, in the next few days I can post some before pictures which I will keep updated throughout this journey.
I am allowing comments on this page for anyone else who is endeavoring to gain a healthier lifestyle, and welcome your successes and failures or just your words of encouragement.
It is January 17th and I have been doing my Wii Fit exercises daily. I am loving it, and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a fun way to exercise. I am averaging about 45 minutes per day.
New weight: 155.6 lbs

Hips–39.5″
Thighs–33″
Left arm–11.5″
Righ arm–12″
Bust–38″
I will let you know how this next week changes.
This week has been exhausting so I have missed a few days of exercise, and a few things to eat that I really shouldn’t have. However, the results have been positive anyway.

Hopefully, this next week will be a better one for working out. With the results I got from this week even with eating bad and not exercising like I had been I am still happy.
